    Location: the hotel was just next door to the historic monuments and museums and such, many fine restaurants and 10 minutes away from Airport. I was surprised at nearby Carafe Coffee Roasters, they had some goodies, drinks...

    Their staff were disappointing.

    The staff members were all super-friendly, the rooms were exceptionally clean with balcony, the best bathtub. Its location not very far from Embassy of Canada was good and beautiful. The area was good just off big shopping centre, many shopping areas and Guatemala.

    Comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep.

    The room layout is poor, as there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. This made privacy difficult, especially when getting ready in the mornings.

    Highly recommend for families!

    The rooftop pool was a dream, with fine views of the city! And the staff, especially Diego at the restaurant, made sure I had everything I needed while I was there 👍

    It wasn't cheap, but honestly it was still worth every penny.

    Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

    The rooftop pool gave fine panoramic views of the city. I loved the spacious King Room, modern and had huge windows letting in natural light. The breakfast buffet was diverse, with local Delights and healthy options, made mornings a treat!

    Great Amenities but Room for Improvement

    Enjoyed the modern design and excellent breakfast buffet, but the rooftop bar was quite loud at night. Highlight was the beautiful infinity pool. Ensure to request connecting rooms early if traveling with young kids.
